vast garden attentive service limited drink selection warm pool
The garden was vast. It featured many trees and birds (it was so relaxing). The food was good, including the breakfast buffet. The service was attentive, friendly, yet professional.
The Blue Lagoon bar was a bit disappointing. The drinks selection seemed limited, and the timing was quite short. The pool water was also very warm. I expected cooler water during summer.

my son was excited to take thai boxing lessons i took a thai boxing lesson from mr puu it was a wonderful experience. i took tennis lessons from mr puu he taught me carefully so i improved in just two days. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the water in the pool was quite warm i would have expected some cooler water . the breakfast area felt a bit crowded it was also very warm so some air coolers could improve the experience during summer.

the hotel has a large pool with a bar allowing guests to swim or relax by the sea. there is a gym offering fitness options and there are tennis courts for recreational activities. yoga classes are also available.

the hotel provides easy access to town via readily available taxis using grab. its beachfront location allows convenient access to the sea and beach activities. the surrounding area features many trees and flowers.

prompt service new towels breakfast buffet pool area
During the stay, I benefited from the prompt daily room service. The staff ensured my room had new towels and a tidy arrangement. The breakfast buffet provided a wide selection. I found the Thai food corner and the fresh fruit section especially pleasing. The hotel grounds were well maintained. I enjoyed the landscape and the pool area.
I encountered some difficulties with obtaining a prompt response when I requested extra pillows through the reception. A quick phone call resolved the issue, but I found the initial delay somewhat inconvenient.
